About This Immersive Retreat
In this 2-day Intentional Creativity painting retreat, we will explore the integral wisdom and messages that live within each one of us.
We will practice moving inward rather than outward, toward the important “Inside-Her” information that is available to each of us when we listen and when we trust.
In a world that is increasingly influence-heavy, with constant external directives about how to live, what to believe, how to act, what to eat, how to succeed, many of us are navigating a steady stream of noise, hoping that we we find the signal.
Sometimes this leads to overwhelm, unease, or even a sense of being unsure how to move through the world, where to put our attention, and how to offer our gifts and make meaning in these times.
The medicine for this?
Creatively, gently, and intentionally connecting to that still point within.
Listening to the soul voice.
Returning, once again, to your Source.

Overview of the Journey
This experience is a flow of reconnection and coming back home to all the facets of yourself:
- Intentional Creativity practices with acrylic paint on watercoulour, inquiry and journaling
- Somatic movement practices to tune into body wisdom
- Exploration of intuition and soul sourcing
- Circle connection, group sharing, and cultivating an interconnected feminine frequency
- Gentle tending to places of grief, disconnection, or uncertainly
- Celebrating the joy of life and power of soul voice
- 'Insight Anchoring' through creative writing process
- Creation of a 12-card Soul-Source Story Card deck - your own personal oracle of meaning, guidance, and reMinders
Day 1: Soul Sourcing
10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Lunch break: 12:00 – 1:45 PM)
We begin with a Red Thread connection circle, exploring our relationship to inner guidance, external influence, and how we hold the balance between them.
From there, we enter into an Intentional Creativity™ process using acrylic paint, journaling, inquiry, and a little seducing of the muse—through movement, music, chocolate, and laughter.
We will gently explore the edges of grief and joy, noticing where we may feel out of alignment or disconnected from truly honouring our soul voice.
Through a medicinal journaling practice, we will begin to access our inner guidance system - allowing the soul to speak its wisdom that brings coherence and clarity for the path ahead.
We close the day with a sharing circle and restful stillness.
Day 2: Creation & Curation
10:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Lunch break included)
We begin again in circle, followed by gentle somatic movement and drumming to open the body, the voice (optional) and creative channels.
Then, we begin weaving it all together.
Using a crease-and-tear method, we will transform your underpainting on large watercolour paper into 12 individual cards.
We will add our insight anchoring words, symbols, and messages to these, with most of the day being dedicated to this luscious soul-orienting process!
By the end of our time together, you will have your own Soul-Source Story Card Deck - a tangible companion to support you in your life, and a throughline back to your deepest values, wisdom and desires for your life path.

About Amber
I am a dynamic creative and self proclaimed ‘Metamodern Mystic’ who offers my living expression of creative lifeforce and soulful wisdom with the hope to inspire and encourage others. I embody the energies of artist, musician, poet, and ‘soul doula’ dedicated to coming alongside others to support deeper connection to their soul's truth and Earthly life path.
I have intricately curated my music, creative workshops, and coaching experiences to be high-frequency mediums in which soul-sourced insights and renewed self-friendship can gently arise. From this tender and open place, we can harness creative lifeforce energy to support us in finding our feet as we integrate new ideas, insights, and patterns of being in more consciously-directed ways.
It is my belief that personal healing and transformation comes through the open space of surrender, the fortification of divine wisdom, and the structuring frequencies of Love and Grace. We will constantly be in cycles of death-life-death and therefore healing will be an iterative process as long as we are embodied. Seeking out ceremonial, creative, and curated ritual space for meeting the energies of change and transformation in our lives is paramount.
